Carl Frankel. Carl is the founder and executive director of Tennis for Good. A resident of New York State, he is a longtime social entrepreneur, journalist and author. He is also a passionate tennis player who has been ranked as high as #2 in the nation in his supersenior age group. Frankel is the author of two books on tennis, with more forthcoming. As the co-author of the award-winning The Art of Social Enterprise: Business as If People Mattered, Frankel is also an acknowledged thought leader on the subject of social enterprise.

Michael Carrigan. With a career in education and human development that spans six decades, Michael Carrigan is presently a leadership coach for leaders of American schools in Japan. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Princeton University, a Master of Divinity from New York Theological Seminary, and a doctorate in education from Fordham University.
Rohan Menezes. A tennis enthusiast, Rohan has held senior leadership roles at Bank of America, Credit Suisse and Wipro BPS where he was involved in strategy, operational excellence and risk management. He is currently the head of technology for Datamatics.
Scott Ford. A USPTA teaching pro since 1978, Scott has developed a coaching and performance model that teaches players how to intentionally create flow, and teaches coaches how to coach the transformative practice of playing in the Zone. He has authored several books, including Welcome To The Zone: Peak Performance Redefined (2014), and Integral Consciousness and Sport: Unifying Body, Mind, and Spirit through Flow (2016). He lives in Colorado and is a Founding Member of the Evolutionary Sports Collective.
